Experience

Since 01.05.2018, upon joint appointment by the Italian and Philippine Governments, he has held the role of Consul of the Republic of the Philippines, with jurisdiction over Calabria and the province of Messina.

From 2002 to today, freelance lawyer, owner and coordinator of the Mortelliti Law Firm which, through a qualified organizational structure, provides legal consultancy services and assistance in court for the benefit of insurance companies, public administrations, companies of national and international importance and private individuals. Abundant experience in extrajudicial consultancy and legal assistance relating to administrative, labour, insurance, criminal, civil and international law matters.

In 2006 member and since April 2010 President of the Management Evaluation Unit c/o Aterp of Reggio Calabria with direct experience in the development and organization of actions and procedures for the measurement and improvement of the performance of the Public Administration. Experience acquired in management control procedures, with related analysis of service delivery processes.

In the years 2000 and 2001 as a legal consultant at the Turin headquarters of the French multinational “Altran” , a European leader in technological consultancy.

2004 – Wessex Institute of Technology in Southampton (UK) – University of Wales – He obtained the British academic title of Master of Philosophy by discussing a research thesis in new technology law entitled ‘”On-Line Customer Profiling And Content Automation-Marketing And Legal Issues”.

1999 University of Messina – Graduated in Law, with a thesis on comparative private law concerning “The sponsorship contract in common law systems”.
